1 Pint: Fresh Blueberries
This picture shows blueberries in pint containers. Your order will be for one pint container. Your order of organic blueberries will be hand-picked at Latitude 43 Berry Farms in the first week of September.
Caring For Your Berries
Our berries last longer than the ones you buy at the grocery store because of our picking and handling processes. Blueberries naturally have a white-ish protective layer on them called “bloom.” This bloom keeps your berries fresh. Minimal handling is the key to maintaining bloom!
Refrigerator Storage
Store your berries uncovered in the refrigerator. You can add a paper towel to your container to absorb moisture. If you’d like to wash your berries, only do so right before eating - wet blueberries will soften quickly. Our blueberries will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks from pickup.
Freezer Storage
Our berries freeze GREAT and (if you have the willpower) can last you the whole year. We recommend freezing blueberries in Ziplock bags or even by leaving them in the box. Do not wash your berries before freezing.
